外国人の患者さまへ

身分証明書、加入している保険のご確認

受診の際は、写真付きの身分証明書（パスポートまたは在留カード）、加入している保険を確認させていただきます。
※この確認は診察や検査の際に患者さまの取り違い事故を防止するためです。

注意事項

日本の健康保険資格を有していない外国人患者様は、自費診療のため高額になる場合がございます。
あらかじめ概算費用と同額の保証金が必要です。
日本語のコミュニケーションがとれない場合は、医療通訳を手配して下さい。
患者さま本人が日本語を話せない、かつ医療通訳者が同行しない場合、当日の診察は受けられませんので、ご了承ください。

For International Patients

Verification of identification and insurance

We will check your identification with a photo (passport or residence card) and health insurance coverage when you visit the clinic.
(This check is to prevent the mix-up of patients during consultations and examinations.)

Notes

International patients who do not have Japanese health insurance may be subject to higher costs due to paying out of pocket.
A deposit equal to the estimated cost is required in advance.
If you are a patient with limited Japanese proficiency, please arrange for a medical interpreter.
Please note that If patients who do not speak Japanese are not accompanied by a medical interpreter, it will be impossible to receive a medical examination on that day.
